Where to Stay
Everyone has different tastes and budgets, so we’ve gathered a range of accommodation options to suit all guests. Click the links below to visit each hotel website directly.
Most options are within walking distance of Talloires and the wedding venue, while others are a short drive (or boat ride!) away.
Some hotels are not yet open for June 2027 bookings, but we’ve noted when reservations are expected to open and will keep the website updated. We’d recommend booking early, as Talloires becomes very busy in June.
Although Lake Annecy looks small on the map, it stretches around 9 miles from north to south, and summer traffic can get very busy — especially on weekends. For this reason, we’d strongly recommend staying close to Talloires for the wedding weekend itself, before exploring other areas of the lake afterwards.
Our Wedding Venue
We’re very fortunate to have 37 rooms available at our wedding venue, Abbaye de Talloires and have exclusively reserved the entire property for the Wedding Day. The Abbaye offers stunning rooms, each one uniquely renovated, a spa, gym, massages and exclusive private bay access to Lake Annecy with sun beds. There is also a fine dining restaurant with exception food.
We would absolutely love for as many of our guests as possible to stay at the wedding venue at least for the wedding night For those checking in on the Wedding Day, you should be able to by 1pm, which gives plenty of time to get ready for the ceremony.
Wedding nightly rate: €350 (Including a special post-wedding late breakfast for everyone staying at the venue)
Other nights: €350 (not including breakfast. It is €25 if you would like to add it)
Of course, we understand the venue may not suit everyone’s budget or plans, so we’ve also included some lovely accommodation options nearby in Talloires and the surrounding area below.
Please outline in your RSVP form if you would like to stay at the venue for the wedding night & any additional nights, so that we can directly arrange with the hotel.
